Their story goes something like this: Boy meets girl at the Canada Institute of Linguistics. Boy and girl don’t really care for each other’s company. Boy isn’t too torn up to see girl leave at the end of her summer-long program. But then, the next summer, girl comes back to complete the program, and boy is still working on his masters degree. Boy and girl wind up sharing a table in the library — because boy had already staked out the table near the electrical outlets, and girl needed to plug her computer in. Boy felt a little bit relieved that girl sat at his table . . . because he knew if she were sitting there instead of his friends, he wouldn’t be tempted to talk all day instead of studying.

And now, less than one year later, boy and girl are getting married. And living happily ever after. The end!

There’s a lot more to their story than just that — including a fast-approaching move to the other side of the world,  and a fast-approaching wedding on May 26. We can’t wait to see what God has in store for this pair!~Laura
