When we met up with Tammy and Marc at Turkey Lake Park near their home in Orlando yesterday, Tammy knew what to expect: A picnic, and pictures documenting their love story and engagement. But when Marc took her there for a picnic once before, she hadn’t seen a proposal coming. That afternoon, Marc had set up a picnic, they’d settled down on the blanket — and then he suddenly said, “Oh, I forgot the centerpiece in the car” and hurried off to get it. Confused, Tammy remembers just staring at the volleyball court nearby. Centerpiece? People have centerpieces at picnics? Well, yes, Marc did that day.

He came back with a rose. Which just happened to have a beautiful, sparkling ring nestled inside.

After yesterday, we can’t wait for Tammy and Marc’s wedding this November! There’s a lot more of their engagement session that will hit the blog soon, but for now, a quick peek. They were just perfect!
