Theirs is a story of being in the right place at the right time. Caitlin had come to Florida from Colorado, with a stop in Arizona first to earn her bachelor’s degree, and Boomer had come to school at Embry-Riddle from a small town in the heart of Florida. Then they met each other at CrossFit. Neither one expected their workout routine to lead to a relationship, but the rest, as they say, is history. Boomer proposed late last year (with the most beautiful ring!), and next year they’ll tie the knot in Denver.

Nearly one year ahead of their wedding date, Caitlin and Boomer met up with us for engagement portraits in New Smyrna on a lovely, almost-spring evening at the beach.
Caitlin has a beautiful smile to begin with. Caitlin and Boomer, thank you so much for spending such a wonderful evening with us — gnat-attacks and all! We had a great time with you two, and we just loved seeing all the laughter and joy you shared. Here’s to an amazing year as you prep for your wedding and your marriage!
