This is it — our final shoot of 2014, hitting the blog as our final entry of 2014, and it’s a great one!

Earlier this month, Deneice and John reached out to us because they attended Erena and Jesse‘s wedding last summer, and after they saw Erena and Jesse’s pictures, they decided they wanted to remember their own wedding day in the exact same way. We can’t wait for their Virginia wedding this June, especially after we had such a great time with them for their engagement session just a week before Christmas. With their stylish wardrobe and Deneice’s flawless hair and makeup (she’s a professional — and she styled Erena for Erena’s wedding day), their ready laughter and sweet interactions, we knew from the start that we were in for a great shoot. Add in some fabulous locations and a picture-perfect winter sunset, and a great shoot was exactly what we got.

Let’s pause for a moment here, first to talk about how beautiful Deneice is, and then to talk about this amazing ring John designed for her! Diamonds, sapphires, and the star-shaped deisgn — it is a showstopper.Really, you’re both supermodels.And you two are even better together!Deneice had been hoping to find a splash of color and a burst of flowers in the winter. She got her wish!Favorite. John, the way you look at her is so beautiful. Deneice, the way you look so contented when you’re with him is beautiful, too.Another favorite!
In Florida, the sunsets always seem to reach their peak vibrance between October and March, and that night we had an exceptionally colorful one — the perfect backdrop.And one last favorite. So much happiness!Deneice and John, thank you so much for squeezing an engagement session with us into your trip to Florida! As happy as you two were together on this, an ordinary day, we can’t wait to see how hard you’ll be smiling on the day you two start your marriage!
