Sometimes you stumble into the perfect locations by coincidence. And sometimes those locations turn out to be not-so-coincidental at all.

After I learned a wedding was scheduled at the park where we’d originally planned to shoot, I did a little sleuthing around to find a similar spot, where the afternoon sunlight would spill liquid gold through the trees and wide-open spaces would invite a family to play. When I ventured into a park I’d never visited before, I realized I had found a hidden gem. Except it hadn’t been hidden to this family at all: they used to go their regularly when their older daughter was a toddler and they lived nearby. Our forced location change turned out to be serendipitous, and I couldn’t have been happier with what we created that afternoon!
Are siblings — and curly-haired sisters with tulle and bows, in particular — not the cutest things ever?!Like I said — perfect!
