Nearly a year ago, on the coldest day of the year, I photographed the youngest member of this sweet family for her first birthday portraits. Last week, we got together in Palm Coast for a full family portrait session, and thankfully the weather was a lot milder for us this time around! They laughed, they played . . . and a certain toddler who shall remain nameless wasn’t quite as fascinated with the camera as she was last December. Or it could have just been that she wasn’t quite as thrilled with me anymore — because I help keep an eye on her in our church’s nursery, and I spend most of our Sunday mornings together thwarting her escape attempts. But I digress.
I loved everything about this session — our locations, our color palette for the day, and especially how much fun they all had together. And how much fun I got to have running around capturing it!
We headed just a few miles north up the beach and found the perfect place to explore.
These two were so sweet with their little sister . . . even when it was clear she wanted to be anywhere but snuggled up with them.Thanks for the fantastic afternoon!
