Now that their wedding is behind us, we can finally share Danyelle’s bridal portraits! If ever I’ve had an argument for why brides should have a bridal portrait session before the wedding, this is it. Danyelle looked absolutely breathtaking. Her mom and one of her sisters, Sydney, got to join in on the fun. We were able to take our time playing with the gorgeous golden sunlight, and Danyelle got to simply relax and feel beautiful and bridal in her mother’s wedding veil.
And if I ever had an argument for why I think it’s great for bridal portraits to be taken fairly close to the wedding date, this is also it. I can’t imagine having to keep these images to myself any longer!Everything you’ve ever heard about brides glowing was absolutely true that afternoon. Danyelle tried assuring us she wouldn’t be able to get serious for the camera. See below for evidence that she was wrong. She also tried convincing us that when we said she was looking incredible, we were only telling her that because, as her photographers, we wanted to make her feel good about herself. See every single one of these photographs for evidence that we were simply telling her the truth.
Really, Danyelle — could you have looked any more amazing?
Well. . . .The very last shot of the day was one of my favorites. To sum things up — Danyelle looked amazing for her bridal portraits, and she looked amazing the next time we saw her, too, for her engagement session once Kevin got into town. Check back tomorrow for that!
