It was rainy. It was cold. And it was windy. But Brittany absolutely rocked her senior portrait session!

This was another shoot, like Jacy‘s, where I could hardly believe that I was working with this almost-grownup girl, because I’d first met her when she was only a toddler, and a friend of my oldest nephew’s. We had planned to head to the beach, but the foul weather pushed us to plan B: we started under the cover of the Granada Bridge, and ventured out into the dock as the rain cleared out. It didn’t matter where we were or what the weather was doing though — Brittany worked the camera like a professional model with her intense eyes and serene smile.
A favorite. And I loved that salmon blouse, the way it popped against the dark sky, and the way Brittany’s eyes popped against it.
