At first, the morning was so still and calm, it hardly looked as if we were on the edge of the Atlantic — and I’m not going to lie, the otherworldly sunrise made me think of Star Wars and the desert planet Tatooine. Waking up early for this sunrise was well worth it! I promise, this is what this sunrise really looked like. And the family in the photographs? Just perfect.

Bringing the kids along for this maternity session wasn’t a part of the original plan, but I am so glad it worked out for them to join in!
