It’s almost time for this year’s mini session marathon! Here are all the details you need to know for this year’s minis . . . and make sure you read all the way to the bottom to find out how you can enter for a chance to win your mini session for free!

WHAT YOU PAY + WHAT YOU GET
$175 for 20 minute mini session + 10 edited digital images with print release
OR
$250 for 20 minute mini session + 25 edited digital images with print release

Each mini session may include up to 10 family members. Pets are welcome! All locations except the beach are pet-friendly.

Monday, October 16
Sunrise sessions: the marshes on the Loop in Ormond Beach ($250 sessions only)
Afternoon sessions: Central Park in Ormond Beach — we will be shooting in a grassy space overlooking a pond and on a dock (with railings!)

Tuesday, October 17
Sunrise sessions: the beach in Ormond Beach ($250 sessions only)
Afternoon sessions: Central Park in Ormond Beach — we will be shooting in a grassy space overlooking a pond and on a dock (with railings!)

Wednesday, October 18

(Bonus for families with young children: there are two playgrounds right nearby that you can head to after your mini sessions!)

TIMES
Sunrise sessions will tale place between 7:20 and 8:10 a.m.
Afternoon sessions will take place between 3:30 and 6:20 p.m.

HOW TO BOOK
Booking for mini sessions will officially open on Monday, September 25. Mini session bookings are first come, first served, and will be accepted in the order emails are received. To book, email laurayangphotography@gmail.com with your preferred date, preferred time range (example: “before 5:00 pm”), and preferred mini session cost/number of images. If your chosen date and time range are available, you will receive a contract via email within 24 hours. You will then have 24 hours to complete your contract and payment to secure your spot; if the contract is not completed within 24 hours, the contract will expire and your spot will be released to another client. If your preferred date and time range aren’t available, you will receive suggestions for possible alternate dates/times.

HOW TO WIN
This year, for the first time, I’m also giving away one mini session entirely for free for one of my lucky Instagram followers! Due to Facebook’s policies regarding contests, this giveaway is only available via Instagram. Check out @laurayangphotography on Instagram, find the photo with the same graphics as the image at the top of this post, and follow the directions there so you’re entered to win! You can re-enter the contest once each week through September 22. The winner will be chosen using Random-ize, and the winner will be announced on September 24.

* In the event that inclement weather forces an entire day of mini sessions to be rescheduled, make-up sessions will happen on the same day/time the following week. If only individual mini sessions are rained out, they will be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis.
